Yes, we are fully insured for property, general liability, and workers compensation. We are also bonded.

We use our own employees who work full time for Walla Painting for all interior projects. We only use subcontractors for exterior work because of the seasonal nature of the work. We have a subcontractor crew that we have used for the last few years and have a strong relationship with them much like that of working with employees. The subcontractor crew is insured with their own policy and our insurance also covers them on top of that.

Yes, we cover all floors in the rooms being painted with canvas clothes. We also cover any furniture that is close to the painted surface with plastic.

Yes we can retexture certain types of ceiling textures. If the retexturing has already been done, we can repaint the ceiling. We do have a drywall specialist we can refer.

Yes, all our paints are low VOC (low odor). It is safe to be in a painted room immediately after it is painted.

We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Zelle, and ACH transfer. We only accept credit card usage for the down payment / deposit. For the final payment of the remaining balance we ask for a check payment to avoid the high credit card fees that small businesses need to pay. This keeps our operation costs down and allows us to offer better pricing for our clients.
